PrimeCartInstall PrimeCartEffective August 25, 2026. This policy explains how PrimeCart processes information when Shopify merchants install and use the app.
PrimeCart processes Shopify store identifiers, installation and subscription details, app configuration, selected product references, and cart interaction events required to provide the service. Order information is processed only where needed for revenue attribution, analytics, and app functionality.
We use information to authenticate merchants, save and deliver cart settings, power storefront features, calculate analytics, maintain subscriptions, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and improve PrimeCart.
PrimeCart may process cart contents, cart tokens, product interactions, checkout actions, and order attribution data. We do not use this information to independently market to shoppers or sell personal information.
Information may be shared with infrastructure, database, monitoring, and communication providers that help operate PrimeCart. Providers receive only the access required to perform their services and are expected to protect the information they process.
Information is retained only as long as needed to provide PrimeCart, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. Shopify privacy and uninstall webhooks are used to support required data-handling workflows. Merchants may request deletion through the in-app Support page.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No internet-based system is completely secure, and merchants should protect access to their Shopify accounts.
Merchants can update app settings, disconnect storefront functionality, cancel subscriptions through Shopify, uninstall PrimeCart, and request access or deletion assistance through in-app Support.
We may update this policy as PrimeCart evolves or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
For privacy questions, access requests, or deletion requests, open PrimeCart in Shopify Admin and use the Support page so the correct store context can be included securely.
